If there is an issue with your order, such as incorrect or missing items, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will gladly resolve the matter by issuing a refund or replacement. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on food items that have already been consumed.
For catering orders or special event bookings, cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Any cancellations made after 48 hours may be subject to a partial refund depending on the specifics of the event or order.
Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment used for the transaction. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing.
